Dear Lake Placid Residents and Commercial Facilities on or near Wesvalley Road and Cummings Road:
The Town of North Elba is in the process of planning an infrastructure improvement project near your property. This initiative is planned to potentially include a new pedestrian sidewalk on Wesvalley Road and Cummings Road. You are receiving this letter because it is expected that the proposed pedestrian sidewalk may need to be installed on or near your property.
The Town has partnered with KSPE Engineering to complete this sidewalk feasibility study. A brief presentation of their initial findings will be presented at the North Elba Town Board meeting on March 12th at 5:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. You can also join remotely at:
